"Me and my husband decided to go with Belinda since his family has used her for a long time. Belinda and Rose continued to mix our information with my husbands families information. It happened for a couple of months and we continuously kept calling to remind them that we are separate and mistakes continued to happen. Then we asked to sign up with autopay and every month we would get a call that we did not pay and we had to remind them again that we chose autopay. They were super disorganized and when we asked to speak with Belinda we were told she would call us and never did. I was extremely frustrated and asked if we could switch to another agent but Rose said we were not allowed but then they decide to kick us off and when we called they said they can’t do anything about it. I have not felt taken care of since being with them and they are very disorganized."

"Horrible service. No one in this office knows how to respond to voicemail or email. Been trying to get a student discount applied to the policy for 7 months, have repeatedly sent in documentation and they do nothing. All they do is make excuses. Stay far far away from this office and probably State Farm as a whole."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had multiple policies with Belinda’s State Farm office for over 5 years. I have had an immaculate record. This last year life happened. Theft, a hit and run and one accident at fault. I was told today that I would no longer have the current policy I have because of my “record” although majority I have not been at fault. The alternative was double what I pay now! When I asked to go at bat for me when speaking to the underwriters Rosa said nothing can be done. I asked to speak directly with Belinda and she won’t be available until Monday. Which is fine as long as I speak with her. Rosa also stated well Belinda will tell you the same thing I did. Okay let’s grow up you work for a business that’s suppose to be helping people not giving lip. Belinda’s office doesn’t communicate well at all! I’m always calling texting or leaving voicemails to figure things out on my own they never go above and beyond on their own. Sad thing is I have had a conversation with Belinda before about her office and their representation and no changes have been shown. MAD! That I’ve been loyal and they don’t want to do anything to help. We live in different times and inflation continues to rise. The least you can do is be loyal right back to your customers"

"I have been with agency for many years had 5 cars insured by them and my house. We have an accident and they have to pay out and BOOM now they are not renewing my insurance. Andre a customer service rep there does not follow up with calling you back giving a response. I was the one that had to be calling to get more info.. And as for Belinda well she to busy to return calls.. I have left her 4 or 5 messages and yet to get a call back. But when she is trying to get business she would call up 2 times a day. I have referred several people to this agency and they have become her clients. I FOR SURE will not recommend very again!"
